Even deep in the forest there are those that would damage nature.

There was a time when we could hike many places. More and more fences have been put up so that we are confined to smaller and smaller spaces.

In the area of Salton Sea there are many areas of abandon building. This fire got started while we were out there. I don’t know why as there appeared to be nobody around.

A homeless man at Venice Beach California. He was a regular fixture there for many years. This day he got drunk, and wandered around wearing these wings, until he passed out.

A few blocks from the mayors office is this. They make sure that the streets are clean in front of city hall but despite the photo ops in front of new shelters, it has not put even a dent in this.

No particular place to go, walking in traffic, and occasionally slamming a plastic bottle on the pavement.
